With over 43 plus years of working as a business consultant in the business and financial management arena and providing financial advice from people who are just starting out in life to those who have had multi million dollar accounts, there is not too much I have not seen.
One thing that I know for sure, is every business and financial planning client is unique.
Each person or business has situations and circumstances that need to be addressed specifically and not in general terms or procedures.
With that in mind, my model is simple.
Help determine what is needed, provide prudent recommendations or suggestions, help implement the recommendations and follow through by monitoring the plan.

I only work with individuals and businesses who are fully committed to achieving their financial objectives.
In order to do this I need to know and understand your expectations from me and make sure you know and understand my expectations from you. I will do this before we enter into any arrangement.
All information will be held in the strictest confidence and not be shared with anyone unless you give me written permission to do so.
I will review our fees, and/or fee schedule, before entering into any engagement and expect payment prior to my services. Whether they be monthly, quarterly or yearly. I do not sign any contracts and you are under no obligation to continue with me.
It is important to understand I am not a Registered Investment Advisory firm. I do not sell any equity investments. My fiduciary responsibility will be to give you the best advice, based on information you provide me.
If needed, I will provide a list of competent investment people, who I have no reciprocal compensation arrangements.
If there is a need for more guaranteed, fixed investments, I may recommend a specific product or service, but I WILL NOT receive compensation if implemented.
You will always have choice to implement with whoever you wish.
If you, or me, decide our relationship is not going well, we can discontinue it without any condemnation.(That is our ” no condo, no bondo” clause!)
I ask questions, sometimes the same ones over and over. I expect honest and committed answers.
I will not be more engaged or concerned about the outcomes then you are. However, if you are serious and committed, i will commit my time, skills, knowledge and energy to your concerns!
