A different approach to group coaching. We meet as a group once each quarter. During the two months between group sessions, we work individually with each business owner. This combines shared experience and perspective with the personal attention needed to turn ideas into action.
THE COACHING RHYTHM
Month 1 — Group Coaching: Strategic discussion, education, goal setting, shared ideas, and business planning.
Month 2 — Individual Coaching: Apply the group’s concepts and strategies to your specific business, challenges, and goals.
Month 3 — Individual Coaching: Review progress, address obstacles, maintain accountability, and establish next steps. (Repeat process each quarter)

Cost: $3,000 Per Participant / Year ($250 Per Month)
Structure: 4 Quarterly Group Coaching Sessions • 8 Individual Coaching Sessions

2. PROFESSIONAL
Cost: $5,000 Per Participant / Year (Approx. $417 Per Month)
Structure: 4 Quarterly Group Coaching Sessions • 8 Individual Coaching Sessions

Individual 90-day action plans

Cost: $8,000 Per Participant / Year (Approx. $667 Per Month)
Structure: 4 Quarterly Group Coaching Sessions • Up to 12 Individual Coaching Sessions

Up to one individual coaching session each month

Customized annual business-development plan

MORE THAN GROUP COACHING
The value of this program is what happens between the group meetings. We don't simply meet once a quarter, discuss ideas, and send you back to your business to figure everything out on your own. We work with you individually during the months between group sessions to help you implement what you're learning in your own business.
ONE-TIME NON-REFUNDABLE ONBOARDING FEE: $2,000 Per Participant A one-time, non-refundable onboarding fee of $2,000 is due upon enrollment and is separate from the annual coaching program fee.
The onboarding fee covers the initial consultation, business and personal assessment, establishment of goals and priorities, review of the participant's business situation, development of the initial coaching plan, preparation of coaching materials and resources, and integration into the coaching group.
This fee is charged only when the participant initially enters the program and is not charged again for annual renewal.
Note: Minimum group size is 3 business owners. You choose the people you want around the table.
