To ensure you receive my absolute focus, I work with a maximum of seven clients at any given time. This strict limit allows us to bypass generic advice and concentrate entirely on the specific mechanics of your operations, providing the depth of attention necessary for measurable, lasting progress.
Investment Structure: The following structure reflects the depth of this one-on-one engagement and the intentionally limited availability of client openings. We will discuss all fees and expectations clearly through a Notice of Understanding before we begin.
New Businesses (Under 3 years old): $250 per hour (3-hour minimum) or a $2,500 yearly retainer (includes quarterly meetings).
Established Businesses (Over 3 years old): Flexible coaching packages determined by your specific operational needs.
Note: All business coaching engagements require a non-refundable onboarding fee. Choosing a retainer option can often provide considerable cost savings compared to hourly rates.

Coaching Engagement Terms:
Business Coaching clients will receive Financial advice and coaching, if needed, at no additional charge
Initial On Boarding Fee
• $2,000 one-time, non-refundable
• Covers onboarding, assessments, technology setup, and initial strategic planning.
• Due along with coaching fee before services begin.
Monthly Coaching Program
• Month-to-Month Commitment
- $1,000 due monthly.
- Flexible arrangement with no long- term obligation
Quarterly Coaching Program
• 3-Month Commitment
- $2,137 due at the beginning of each quarter.
Semi-Annual Coaching Program
• 6-Month Commitment
- $4,037 due at the beginning of each six-month term.
Annual Coaching Program
• 12-Month Commitment
- $7,600 due at the beginning of the annual engagement.
