Value!!

DOES YOUR BUSINESS HAVE A CLEAR VALUE PROPOSITION?
If you’ve been in business for at least three years, you’ve already proven something—you can survive.
But can you clearly explain why a customer should choose you instead of your competition?
That is where a strong Value Proposition becomes important.
A Value Proposition is more than a slogan or marketing statement. It defines:
Who you serve.
What value you provide.
What makes you different.
Why people should choose you.
And what your business stands for.
Around 2000–2001, we developed and implemented a Value Proposition in my own firm. It wasn’t something we put on the wall and forgot about. It helped direct how we operated, how we served clients, and how we made business decisions.
More than 25 years later, I still believe every established business should have one.
If you’ve been in business for three years or longer and you don’t have a clearly defined Value Proposition, I’d like to help you create one.
I bring more than 50 years of business experience to the table. This isn’t a new concept I’ve recently discovered or something I learned from a textbook. I’ve used it in the real world.
Your business has value. The question is: Can you clearly define it?
Let’s put it into words—and then use it to help guide your business.
